Payment Methods

Here at Non Slip Shop, we have a variety of payment options for our customers. 

We hope the information below provides the answer to your query.  

Payment Options

• Secure Online Payments (Via Paypal or SagePay).

• Secure Telephone Payments (Via SagePay). 

• Bank Transfer / BACS / Pro-Forma Invoice. (Please contact the team).

• Trade Credit Accounts - For existing corporate customers (subject to application and approval). 30 Day Trade Credit Facility - at no additional cost. 

Secure Online Payments

When using our Online Store Checkout you will be guided to choose between SagePay & PayPal payment methods. 

Both options are widely used and offer a secure card processing facility.  

SagePay

When choosing SagePay you will be directed to SagePay's online card payments terminal. You can use the following payment methods:

• Visa 

• Visa Debit

• Visa Electron

• Master Card

• Debit Master Card

• Maestro

After you process your order through SagePay you will recieve an official order confirmation from ourselves, as well as a transction receipt from SagePay theirselves. 

**NOTE** It's important to choose the correct card type, for instance the difference between "Visa Debit" and "Visa". The payment portal will not process your order if the card type you have chosen is not accurate. If you are unsure, give our team a call for assistance. 

PayPal

When choosing PayPal you will be directed to PayPals secure payments portal.

Existing customers can login, or you can create a new account, but for the fastest way to order click "checkout as a guest". 

To pay via PayPal you can select the desired invoice and delivery address you require, and you can pay by the following methods:

• PayPal Balance (If you have an existing balance - you can also deposit funds into your account through the Paypal portal). 

• Linked Bank Account (If you are already registered and bank account has been linked). 

• Or simply pay by Card Payment.

PayPal accepts all major credit cards from:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Discover

After you process your order through SagePay you will recieve an official order confirmation from ourselves, as well as a transaction receipt and notification from PayPal. If you have signed up as an account holder, you can see the details of the transaction on your PayPal account. 

Placing an order over the phone

If you would prefer to pay over the telephone, or to pay for an existing pro-forma invoice - we operate a secure payments telephone facility.

• Our friendly customer service team will direct you to our accounts team who will be able to take you through the process.

• Our secure telephone payments facility accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card, Debit Master Card & Maestro

• Our office is open Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm). 

**NOTE** It's important to choose the correct card type, for instance the difference between "Visa Debit" and "Visa". The payment portal will not process your order if the card type you have provided is not accurate. In this case the order will not process, and the team will reattempt your payment. 

Placing an order by Pro-Forma (Including BACS / Bank Transfer)

• Please call our technical sales team to obtain a pro-forma invoice for your order.

• Payment Instructions will be provided on the pro-forma invoice to settle payment for your order. Our technical sales team will be able to provide a pro-forma invoice via email in just a couple of minutes. 

• Pro-forma invoices provide both the option to pay by bank transfer, as well as over the telephone or by an online payments link. 

30-Day (Point of Invoice) Trade Credit 

• Commercial Trade Accounts can be offered for organisations wishing to purchase with terms - we offer 30 day terms accounts. For full information, please get in touch with us to request an accounts application form.

• Our credit accounts usually are approved within 60 minutes, and terms are offered on a sameday basis to avoid any delay. 

• Please request a Non Slip Shop Trade Credit Account application form, we usually approve within 1 hour and orders processed on a sameday basis. 

• *Credit accounts are subject to application and approval and a record of recent purchase history with ourselves is required. 

• **Credit for orders under the value of £200 is not available.

• *** Initial orders as a rule must be based on a pro-forma payment. Online orders are not considered as previous history.
