Free Collection Service

Non Slip Shop offer a Free "Click & Collect" service from our premises in Telford. Please contact us prior to arrival to arrange collection of your product.

Nationwide Delivery Service

Please refer to the specific products "Delivery Tab" for specific information on lead times, delivery method and delivery pricing.  

• We aim to deliver all of our products in the fastest time possible, we strongly prioritse your goods being delivered without delay or damage. 

Oversized items over 1.5m - 

• Oversized items will be delivered on our own courier (due to courier restraints) - we make weekly regional trips nationwide. Call us to confirm when we are in your area next.

• If you need your goods pronto and cannot wait until the next weekly delivery run - we can put these on a next day carrier if the pieces can be supplied under 1.5m - if this helps, get in touch and we can arrange this free of charge. 

For Small "In-Stock Items" these are usually dispatched same-working day, for next day delivery via DHL or Royal Mail. (To request a tracking number please contact us). 

• Tapes, Tactiles and Sample orders are delivered via Royal Mail or DHL on a next day delivery service. For sameday dispatch, please order before 2pm.  

For "Customise & Order" products - we make these from scratch, so may take a little longer for manufacturing purposes, usually between 5-7 working days before dispatch. 

• Large items or high value items will be delivered via our own carrier to protect against courier issues. Contact the team to discuss when our next delivery run to your region takes place for accuracy. 

• These items include GRP Grating Panels & GRP Materials - Over 1.5m > including Anti Slip Flooring Sheets, Anti Slip Decking Strips, Anti Slip Stair Treads & Nosings.
